Meditate on the magnificence of OM….

Chant Om over and over again to yourself and see how this feels and/or effects you.
Use it as a tool to calm your mind and empower your body.
Take time to experience OM for yourself - note how it makes you feel, where you feel it in your body, and any other observations you might be able to note.
Then next month we will delve into the meaning of OM.
