Dear Yoga friends,

I’d like to invite you to join me for an inspiring start to Spring with the 21-day yoga journey. This is much more than just doing 30 minutes of yoga practice daily, this is about you transforming from the inside out.

“Noisy mind; Never mind” - our focus is on quietening the internal overactive thinking mind through self-compassion yoga practices & nutritional guidance, as we transition toward positive change.

Together we will welcome each new day with renewed commitment to be the best version of ourselves with fresh energy, new impulses, and self-compassion.

If we wish to truly embody change, embracing self-compassion helps us to step back from judgement, and step into life in a more authentic way.

On this 21-day journey we will explore together how to:

  • Observe and BE with the “noisy mind”
  • “Never mind” - Transform self- judgement into self-compassion
  • “Embrace change” - Look forward with an open heart & clear mind
  • “Love it, leave it or change it” - observe & transform “old” eating habits

What will you take from this experience?

  • Allow yourself 30 minutes per day to feel & listen to your body & mind
  • A repetitive evolving flow practice - to release tension & stagnation, and build stamina & strength (suitable for all levels)
  • Relaxation practices - to invoke deep sleep & calm
  • Breathing exercises - to strengthen resilience & immunity
  • Optional support - shift “unhealthy” eating habits with Elina Steiner
  • Special tips - how to embark on a simple cleanse, to feel lighter in your body and have more energy.

  • Each day you log in via Zoom & join me for live yoga
  • All sessions will be recorded and available on a private blog page
  • The recordings will be available for 1 month after the 21 days.

Seva project

In Yoga, SEVA (Say-va) is a Sanskrit word for service - how can we serve others and give back to society. Through my yoga practice and teaching, I aim to give back to my childhood community in a small and meaningful way. Since I grew up in South Africa, this is where my heart lies in an attempt to empower young children in the Lidgetton community where it is often challenging to have hope and see the light. Our small Angel Ruth’s Soup Kitchen is a space where the children can go for a warm meal, as well as to a space where they know they are safe and cared for, can play freely and learn.

I offer a percentage of my teaching earnings back into this community, knowing that is is well used and goes directly to the source. To support the growing needs in the Lidgetton community, we set-up Lucky Beans e.V. in Germany in 2015. Through our charity status we are able to offer the possibility of EU citizens receiving a tax reclamation from any donation you may wish to make.
